The Longines Conquest Heritage Central Power Reserve in light blue features a fresh color scheme that, when paired with a steel bracelet, exudes a youthful and energetic vibe. Based on the Ref. 9028 model launched in 1959—known among enthusiasts as the "Cyclops" due to the date window positioned at 12 o'clock—this timepiece incorporates a distinctive central dual-disc power reserve display.

The case diameter has been increased from the original 35mm to 38mm to better suit modern preferences. Additionally, the watch features a durable sapphire crystal, an exhibition case back, and the L896.5 movement, which offers a 72-hour power reserve.

The central dual-disc power reserve display traces its origins to the Ref. 9028 model released in 1959, which debuted with the Longines Calibre 292 movement. This feature is faithfully recreated in the modern reissue, powered by the L896.5 movement. Operating at a frequency of 25,200 vph (3.5 Hz) and boasting a 72-hour power reserve, the movement also incorporates a silicon balance spring. It can be viewed as a derivative of the L888 series, enhanced with a complication module for the central power reserve display.
